Well what a night.... i don't think i've laughed soo much at one persons play.. now normally i wouldn't do this but this guy deserved everything he got..

To listen to him he was the worst tourny player in the world.. " i don't like playing tournys " was one of the off the cuff comments to which i replied " so why do you play them then !"

He was making the most outragious calls.. ( and bets too but i don't mind the bets ) and sucking out on so many players it was unbelieveable... good for the table once we knew what he was like though..

chips were being pass around like no bodys business and i was just waiting to catch him with a hand..

Now this is where my problem starts.. and i will be discussing this with John Conroy ( my badbeat mentor) I had a situation where i had raised with AQ of spades. the ATM ( thats my name for him and i will point him out to friends for a small fee !) pushes for all his chips pre flop .. The Big blind has 60% of his chips in because of a suckout from the ATM the hand before and the action returns to me.

Now i have a decision to make cause the ATM has me near enough as damn it covered ( i'm left with <1000 chips if i call and lose) so i make what i think is the right decision and lay down AQ spades pre flop... both players are on the backs and BB turns over A 9 ( not bad since he was all in anyhow ) and ATM turns over AJ.. Re raising with AJ !! told you he was a donk !

Anyhow i would have won the hand and took out the ATM or at least crippled him. But this is the problem.. Would you take on the risk that calling an all in with AQ suited for your tourny life.. i'm sure that John will say no but i'll let you know tomorrow..

other than that i finished in 24th position out of about 140 ish.. not a bad result but 10 off the money which upsets me cause i should be doing a lot better in this comp with the amount of avg players that are there.

On the online front my main supplier for online play has just moved to the ipoker network ( Mansion) now to say that ipoker hates me is an understatement so a move to betfair is looking on the cards ( thanks to sandy for sorting this asap .. What a trooper)

so the online hand i'll be showing will be from betfair in the next few weeks.. but the downside is i need another new nick for the software...
