Oh what a night

After the move by mansion to ipoker i've moved my badbeat account to Betfair.. Thanks to Laura and Sandy for making this soo painless and quick.

BUT ! ahh the software is so different to what i'm used to so another learning curve for me, Andy's going to give me a hand and also drop me his fish farm notes ( cheers pal !)

So i play a couple of hands to test the software and anyone know what the guy called with pre flop ?

hands are all loading nice into pokermon but theres another little feature that i've not been used too thats quite handy.. when it gets to a showdown and the player mucks his cards a little box appears in the bottom corner showing me his mucked hand.. now i know you can get this info from the hand history but come on how many of us do this when we are playing 4 tables.

so it's about 6:45 and i head off to pick nigel up to play cash at Owlerton. Now let me warn you.. Owlertons thursday cash game is a little "active" to say the least.. full of gamblers not poker players. The £5 to £20 blind call is more often than not and it's not un-normal to have a pre flop pot of £100+ ! the gamblers were in full force so i tend to sit with £20 and i know if i get my money in good and hold up i'm going to be walking away with £100+ from one pot. i manage to get QQ in late position and quadruple up. Sitting TAG again i pass pass pass to he gamblers until the last pot of the night.. i'm sat with £90. theres a pre flop blind bet of £5 and there are 6 callers. i look down and see AA so i know a bet of £20 is put in the pot.. and everyone calls either all in .. to cut a story short i see my Aces cracked by Q 9 for a post flop re raise of £55 !

sick sick players but you got to love them and give them a bit back over time.. makes them stay and feel a bit better !
